By accessing or using manifest.page ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
manifest.page is a link-in-bio service built on the AT Protocol. The Service allows users to create and publish personal pages that are stored on the decentralized AT Protocol network.
3. User Accounts
To use the Service, you must authenticate using an AT Protocol identity (such as a Bluesky account). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create using the Service. By publishing content, you grant manifest.page a non-exclusive license to display and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.
You agree not to publish content that:
- Violates any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringes on intellectual property rights
- Contains malware, spam, or malicious code
- Harasses, threatens, or promotes violence
- Contains illegal or harmful material
5. AT Protocol & Data Storage
Content created through manifest.page is stored on the AT Protocol network via your Personal Data Server (PDS). manifest.page does not control the AT Protocol infrastructure and is not responsible for data stored on the decentralized network.
6. Service Availability
manifest.page is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service and may modify or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, manifest.page and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
10. Reporting Abuse
If you encounter content that violates these terms, including:
- Phishing or scam attempts
- Malware or malicious links
- Harassment or threats
- Copyright infringement
- Illegal content
Please report it by emailing abuse@manifest.page with the URL and description of the violation. We will review reports and take appropriate action.
